Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to enhance brand positioning and achieve company sales targets.
2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
3. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify market opportunities and define market entry strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and media partners to drive brand credibility.
6. Oversee the budget planning and resource allocation for marketing activities to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing market strategies that achieve growth objectives.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM and analytics platforms.
